One accounting professor traded in his PowerPoint clicker and BGSU classroom for a pair of radio headsets and microphone at WRRC 107.7 in the Philadelphia, PA, and Trenton, NJ, region to star on the show “In the Mix.” BGSU Assistant Professor Fred Coleman was a special guest on a one-hour talk show, answering questions concerning the implications of the “Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017,” signed into law by President Trump on December 22, 2017.

Vitakraft, the European parent company of Vitakraft Sun Seed that is located just west of Bowling Green, successfully sells its cat-calming product, Felisept, in European markets, and was looking for student insights as they prepared to launch the product into the American market this spring.

BGSU will celebrate its 290th graduation in two ceremonies in the Stroh Center Friday (Dec. 15) and Saturday (Dec. 16). The December graduating class includes 954 candidates. Among the undergraduates, 56 will be presented associate degrees and 682 bachelor’s degrees. Of those, 142 have received honors for their high grade point averages.
