To make changes to or disconnect a university-owned Cisco desk phone, submit the appropriate request form to ITS. Phone equipment returned to ITS without a ticket will not be removed from billing.  View Forms

University Windows devices NOT on version 20H2 require OS update

BGSU Windows devices not running Windows OS version 20H2 have a required update located in the device's Microsoft Software Center Please install this update by 1/21/22 to remain compliant with BGSU's security standards. Failure to upgrade may result in inability to print to BGSU printers. View Upgrade Instructions
