Undergraduate students are required to live on campus for the first four semesters of their academic career. Please review the Housing Policies to confirm if you are required to live on campus. International students who will be living on campus must pay the full semester housing fee before they arrive.

Graduate Housing

A limited number of single occupancy rooms are available in Bowling Green for about $325 per month. There are also some apartments available, with rents ranging from $400 to $600 per month. These apartments may be furnished or unfurnished. When renting, you must pay a security deposit (1-3 months’ rent) and sign a lease, which is a legally binding contract. At the beginning, you will need about $500 to $1,500 to secure an apartment. It would be wise to secure off-campus accommodations prior to your arrival to Bowling Green. Please keep in mind that off-campus housing options become more limited toward the beginning of each semester. Therefore, DO NOT wait until the last minute to explore your options.
