BGSU alumna plays critical role in helping COVID-19 patients recover

Bowling Green State University alumna Sara Houlihan ’09 has found herself on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic as a physical therapist in Ann Arbor, Michigan, helping critically ill coronavirus patients regain the strength to return home and continue their recovery.

BGSU nursing students to enter health care field early to meet demand

Evan Barnett is one of 11 BGSU senior nursing students who will immediately join the health care workforce to help care for COVID-19 patients and others as a result of an executive order issued by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, along with a temporary license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Bell brothers are Frontline Falcons in Los Angeles, Minneapolis

Colin Bell ’09 in Los Angeles and Evan Bell ’05 in Minneapolis are among thousands of Bowling Green State University alumni serving in hospitals and other health care locations around the world, treating and caring for COVID-19 patients and putting themselves at risk in order to save lives.
