    Percussion sextet Mantra Percussion returns to BGSU for a concert at 8 p.m. Feb. 19 in Kobacker Hall at the Moore Musical Arts Center. The group’s performance is part of the Music at the Forefront series sponsored by the University’s MidAmerican Center for Contemporary Music, and is free.

    Percussion sextet Mantra Percussion returns to BGSU for a concert on Monday, February 19 at 8 p.m. in Kobacker Hall at the Moore Musical Arts Center as part of the Music at the Forefront concert series sponsored by the MidAmerican Center for Contemporary Music. The concert is free and open to the public.

  • Feb 5, 2018 9:00 AM BGSU alumnus named Young Music Educator of the Year
    The Ohio Music Education Association’s Young Music Educator of the Year award was created four years ago to recognize and honor members for excellence in music education. Each year since its creation, a Bowling Green State University graduate has won. This year’s award goes to Ryan Hurd ’14.
