One of best ways to give back is to support our current BGSU students. There are many ways to get involved and build up the network of Falcons because we are always stronger together. Check out the best ways to make a direct impact for our current Falcons and find meaningful ways to stay involved.
Affinity Groups are organized around a common interest (fraternities and sororities, sports clubs, music and performing arts organizations, etc). Much like Regional Networks, these groups actively support the University through student recruitment, career mentoring, scholarship fundraising, community service and social activities.
One of BGSU's most valuable resources is its network of alumni. More colleges and programs than ever are competing for a limited number of college-age applicants, and this challenging environment isn't likely to ease in the near future. That's why you are so important: first-hand experience of BGSU's history, traditions, and spirit gives Falcon graduates a unique voice in speaking to young people about the value of a BGSU diploma.
Support undergraduates in pursuit of post-baccalaureate programs in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, veterinary medicine or law by sharing your professional experience and lessons learned. The Falcons in the Field program is designed specifically for students studying one of the Pre-Professional programs at BGSU. Falcons in the Field will take little time and the experience you share will make an impact for our current students!

The BGSU Career Center assists students and alumni with a variety of career preparation areas including career exploration, resume development and critiques, cover letter development and critiques, interview preparation, mock interviews, job and internship search strategies, graduate school preparation and more!
Are you looking for other Falcons in your area? Do you already know a few and want to help organize activities or stay involved with BGSU? This is the place to be! Our regional networks of alumni across the country help raise funds for scholarships and programs, host personal and professional networking events, get together for Falcon watch parties and more.
Members of the Bowling Green State University Recent Alumni Council (BGSU RAC) serve as ambassadors for BGSU and the BGSU Alumni Office to the all alumni, friends, family and members of the BGSU community. The Recent Alumni Council advocates for the interests of recent alumni and fosters relationships between the University and recent alumni. Recent alumni are terms used to describe those alumni who have graduated within the past 0-10 years.
We appreciate all of our alumni and friends that give their time and talent to support Bowling Green State University. To support those efforts we have created guidelines and support tools to help each of our volunteers be successful.
