Baseball, Softball, Tennis Parking at BGSU (Click here for information for these events)

This information is for Non-BGSU Athletic events hosted at BGSU Athletic Facilities.  

Parking Permits are required Monday through Friday.

At BGSU your license plate is your permit as all our permits are virtual.  If your vehicle does not have a front license plate, that vehicle may NOT back in or pull through a parking space. The license plate must be visible from the drive aisle.

Vehicles must be parked in a marked parking space. Fire lanes, Reserved Spaces, and Handicap parking spaces are enforced 24 hours day.

Parking Lot Signage is at each entrance to the parking lot and has similar coding as the map. There will be a color circle behind the letter or number which is the parking lot name.

Where do I park for these Sports at BGSU?

These are the parking lots closest to Keefe Tennis Courts, Steller Baseball Field, and Meserve Softball Field.

There are two options for purchasing parking permits for the these events at BGSU. 

1.  Permits may be purchase directly from our website at https://bgsu.aimsparking.com.

     Permits are $5.00 /Day

  1. Open the Purchase Event Permit link
  2. Open the link for your Sport
  3. Open the link specific to the event you are attending
  4. Select the Event Single Day Permit
  5. Select the event date 
  6. Click on confirm
  7. Select Add Vehicle and complete vehicle fields, select ADD to add the vehicle
  8. Complete Name, Address, and Phone number fields and select confirm.
  9. Select Continue to be taken to next page'
  10. Input email address in email field and select Continue to be taken to payment page.

2.  Payments are also able to be made through mobile payments available from Paybyphone app or the AIMS Mobile Pay App (AMP).  Cost is $1.00 per hour.

Where should I park a bus?

Buses may drop off near the sports facilities.  However, bus parking is authorized only in Lot 13, along Wooster Street, south of Doyt Perry Football Stadium. Permission is required from Parking Services for bus parking in any other parking lot.

Parking Information:

  • Monday to Friday: A parking permit or payment is required from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
    • The following parking lots require payment or permit only until 6:00 PM
      • Lots 16, 1, N, C
    • The following parking lots require payment or permit only until 5:00 PM
      • Lot 18, 10, 24, L, U, M, I               
  • Saturday: The Bowen-Thompson Student Union (Lot 7) requires payment from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. No permits or payment are required in other lots (except Lot 7) from 7:30 PM Friday until Monday at 7:00 AM. Lot 7A is reserved for Admissions guests only until 4pm. Payment is required in Lot 7A from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Monday through Saturday.
  • Saturday and Sunday: With the exception of Lot 7, no permit or payment is required to park on campus from Friday at 7:30 PM until Monday at 7:00 AM.
  • Some areas may be reserved for events or athletic events, with additional payment required.

The following parking options are available to register your vehicle to park on campus:

Departments and Groups: Departments, groups or individuals looking to purchase parking permits as part of their event should submit the Events Parking Needs Form. Once submitted, BGSU Parking Services will contact you to confirm.

Hourly Parking:

  1. Available via the Paybyphone app. Android download or Apple download.  Cost is $1.00 per hour plus fees. Refer to campus map for parking lots where hourly/daily payment is available.
  2. Payment made with kiosks located in the parking lot. Available in Lot 6, 7, 11, X, and Lot N.  Cost is $1.00 per hour. Cash or credit is accepted.

Daily Parking:

  1. Available via the Paybyphone app. Android download or Apple download.  Cost is $1.00 per hour plus fees. Refer to campus map for parking lots where hourly/daily payment is available.
  2. Daily parking permits are available for purchase in person at the Parking Services office Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. Cost is $10.00. Cash, Check, or Credit accepted.
