The past year challenged us, but we embraced our role as a 21st-century public university for the public good and launched FORWARD., a guiding strategy defined by action. We've identified 21 moments during 2020-21 that moved us forward and will continue to make us better. Each of these moments, or actions, are positioning Bowling Green State University and our students for success.

BGSU, University of Findlay announce dual pharmacy degree

As part of the dual enrollment program, students will earn a Bachelor of Applied Health Science degree from BGSU, then a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Findlay two years later. The new track provides the benefit of a BGSU undergraduate experience and value, while also providing opportunities for students to enter a career field that is predicted to have steady growth in Ohio and in the U.S.

BGSU launches first-of-its-kind Cedar Fair Resort and Attraction Management program

While other universities offer programs in tourism management, BGSU's RAAM program is the first hybrid-model program to specifically address the unique needs of amusement parks, resorts and similar destinations by partnering with Cedar Fair, the parent company of Cedar Point.

BGSU and Northwest State Community College announce nursing articulation agreement

BGSU is partnering with Northwest State Community College to allow students to transfer credits from the Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (R.N.) degree at NSCC into a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at BGSU.
