Preparation for Mortuary Science

The Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science offers the bachelor in mortuary science degree. Students planning to transfer into this program after two years at Bowling Green must pass a 60-hour minimum requirement to enter. This must include the following:

• 12 hours of English composition and literature;
• 22 hours of social science, including psychology (4 hours), sociology (6 hours), economics (6 hours), and history (6 hours);
• 12 hours of natural science/math, with biology and chemistry recommended;
• 12 hours of arts and humanities, with philosophy/religion, theatre arts, or art recommended;
• IPC 102 plus business electives, including marketing (required).
