Incident Report Form (See It, Hear It, Report It) These forms are to be filled out when a student experiences/sees an incident of bias, sexual assault/harassment, concern for an individual, student org misconduct, etc. and wants to report the incident. It is run by the Office of the Dean of Students.

BGSU Counseling Center

The Counseling Center strives to promote the psychological well-being of students from diverse backgrounds; to foster their development, learning, and academic success; and to provide appropriate intervention when students are experiencing serious mental health concerns. 

NAMI

National Alliance on Mental Illness, NAMI, advocates for access to services, treatment, supports and research and is steadfast in its commitment to raise awareness and build a community for hope for all of those in need

The Cocoon The Cocoon exists to provide safety, healing and justice for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, their children, and all others affected by these abuses. We also provide educational outreach services throughout the community
BGSU Title IX The Title IX office helps students facing bias incidents, sexual assault/abuse/harassment, stalking incidents, domestic violence incidents, etc. Incidents can be reported through the Incident Report Form.
BGSU Accessibility Services Accessibility Services provides equal access and opportunity to qualified students, faculty, and staff with disabilities. Their goal is to increase awareness of disability issues and support the success of students with disabilities by providing opportunities for full integration into the BGSU community.
Policing Bias Incident Reporting Mechanism The Bowling Green State University (BGSU) Police Department is committed to protecting the constitutional rights of all people and treating each person with respect and dignity. If you believe you were stopped by an officer based on your race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, ethnicity, cultural affiliation, age, disability, economic status, or affiliation with any other similar identifiable group, you are encouraged to fill out this form. 
Federal Financial Aid This website is run by the Department of Education. This is where students can find the FAFSA, Plus Loan applications, student loan/grant history, Entrance and Exit Counseling and MPNs, loan servicers, etc.
BGSU Student Financial Aid This is the website for Financial Aid at BGSU. It provides links to verification documents, document upload, information on private loan lenders, summer aid application, scholarship info, appeal forms, etc.
BGSU Office of the Bursar This is where students go to pay bills, find out tuition/room/meal rates, questions about the breakdown of the bill, optional fee questions, etc. This office is different from the Financial Aid Office.
