Abstract Submission/ Registration

Registration Information

Registration for OoPS 2023 will remain open until July 1st at midnight.

Registration includes dinner on Monday and Tuesday evenings, lunch on Tuesday, and continental breakfasts on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. The cost of registration will be $75 for students and $150 for non-students; this includes post-docs, staff, and faculty.

Guest Registration Policy

If you are interested in bringing a guest there will be an additional $150 registration fee per guest. Someone may only be considered a guest if they are attending the conference with a registered participant and are not associated with or work in any related scientific field (i.e; physics, chemistry, biology, photoscience, etc.).

Oral Presentations and Awards

The deadline for poster presentation abstract/title submission is July 4th. During registration, students can opt for a chance to give a short (15 min) oral presentation. Selected students will be informed at least two weeks prior to the conference. The students selected will be asked to serve as judges on the Monday evening for this year’s OoPS poster awards.
