Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE)
About COACHE
COACHE, a research-practice partnership within the Harvard Graduate School of Education, is dedicated to the discovery of and insight into the postsecondary faculty experience. The COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey is a snapshot of faculty satisfaction. The survey provides an opportunity for further conversation and actionable data about the conditions—the environment, policies and practices that support faculty.
