Package Pickup Center
Location
The Package Pickup Center is located in the back of Falcon Outfitters. Students can pick up packages delivered to them on campus with their BG1 Card.
Winter Break Hours
Week of December 10 & 17
Sunday: CLOSED
Monday - Thursday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM - 4 PM
Saturday: CLOSED
Week of December 24
Sunday - Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday - Friday: 10 AM - 4 PM
Saturday: CLOSED
Students will need to enter the vestibule closest to Falcon Outfitters to access the window service. There will be a phone number to call once you arrive. The rest of the union will be closed the entire week.
Week of December 31
Sunday & Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday - Thursday: 9 AM to 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM to 4 PM
Saturday: CLOSED
FAQ
- Packages are first delivered to the Campus Post Office, processed into our package tracking system, and then delivered to the Package Center. This process can take 1-2 days.
- We do not process packages on the weekend, so anything received on a Saturday may not be available at the Package Center until Tuesday.
- Deliveries are made by 2pm each day, with additional deliveries at the beginning of the semester.
- These times may vary, and there may be additional deliveries at the beginning of the semester.
Please bring a photo ID, preferably your student ID. Your package will not be delivered to you without a photo ID, even if you know your student ID number.
Yes. However, you MUST send an e-mail to the Package Center at packagectr@bgsu.edu authorizing another person to pick up the package for you. Please include your name, and the name of the person picking up the package.
