A: No, you can access your W-2 only on Campus. This security measure was added in order to protect our employees and their sensitive data.
Q: I live in Florida and consented to receive my W-2 electronically. Since I cannot access it online from my home, can you send me a hardcopy instead?
A: We can send you a hardcopy of your W-2 on or after January 31. Please contact us on or after January 31 and we will assist you immediately. We also recommend to withdraw your consent for your 2018 W-2.
Q: I am a former employee of BGSU and I consented to receive my W-2 electronically. When I try to access it online, there is no link that would redirect me to view my W-2. What am I doing wrong?
A: As a terminated employee, you will receive your W-2 by mail. It will be sent to the address in our system.
Q: I am a former employee of BGSU and I consented to receive a hardcopy of my W-2. However, I forgot to give you my new address after I moved out of Bowling Green. Is my W-2 lost?
A: USPS will most likely send your W-2 back to us. Please contact us and give us your new address. Once your W-2 bounces back to us, we will send it to your new address.
Q: I consented to receive a hardcopy of my W-2 but it has not arrived yet and I am afraid it got lost. Can I request a new hardcopy?
A: Yes, please contact us any time on or after February 28 and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: My spouse works at BGSU and he has not received his W-2 yet. Can you mail us another hardcopy?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot send a new W-2 at your request. Please tell your spouse to call us and put in a request for another hardcopy on his own.
