Outreach Requests

Our mission at the Counseling Center is to promote the psychological wellbeing of BGSU students. We accomplish this not only through offering a wide variety of counseling services but also through providing educational programming on a variety of psychosocial and mental health issues.

If you'd like to offer a mental health program to a particular group on campus, we're here to help. We would be happy to talk with you about different options for offering your program.  Some program examples that have been offered in the past are talking to a friend about mental health, grief & loss, managing interpersonal conflict, and suicide prevention/education.  Depending on our staff availability, we may be able to facilitate a program for you or to recommend other possible speakers to you.  Alternately, we could share resources with you so that you could develop and lead your own program.

Please fill out the request form below and submit it at least three weeks in advance of your proposed program.  We look forward to working with you!
