Program Request Form

Here at the Counseling Center, our mission is promote the psychological wellbeing of BGSU students. We accomplish this not only through offering counseling services but also through providing educational programming on a variety of psychosocial and mental health issues.

If you'd like to offer a mental health program to a particular group on campus, we're here to help. We would be happy to talk with you about different options for offering your program.  Depending upon our staff availability, we may be able to present a program for you or to recommend other possible speakers to you.  Alternately, we could share resources with you so that you could develop and lead your own program.

Please fill out the request form below and submit it at least two weeks in advance of your proposed program.  We look forward to working with you!
