Posting Materials on the BGSU Campus
Students please note that you must obtain approval prior to posting any materials on the BGSU Campus and that the following policy provides you with the details and limitations of what is permitted to be posted. Please do not spend any time or money on any print materials until you have read this policy, so you understand what is permitted and what is not.
HOW TO GET YOUR MATERIAL APPROVED
Students, recognized student organizations, and/or student groups can visit the Dean of Students located on the 3rd floor of University Hall in Room 303. Be sure to bring all your materials with you!
BGSU departments and faculty/staff can visit the information desk at BG1 Plus on the first floor of the Bowen-Thompson Student Union to gain approval.
Approved materials will receive a stamp on them. All approved materials are vaild for 2 weeks. After they are approved, use the map of the bulletin boards to hang your materials.
The approved materials must be removed on or before the expiration date by the student or student orgranizations.
Once your posting(s) are approved, you’ll want to place them on the approved Bulletin Boards that display this QR Code below.
