Refund requests are requested at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union Information Desk. A photo ID is required in order to receive a cash refund.

Issues that are reported through the vending report an issue link are passed on to the vendors. All issues are taken into account and will be resolved as quickly as possible.

The vending companies stock and service the machines on a regularly scheduled basis. The vending machines are also audited by BGSU staff on a regular basis. During the audits, the machines are evaluated based on cleanliness, how well they are stocked and whether they are in working order. The results of the audits are passed on to the vendors so they can adjust the delivery schedule or make repairs, if necessary.
