Celebrate Children's Literature with Lindsay Ward

We invite you to join our ENG 3420 students in celebrating Children’s Literature and its role in cultivating and strengthening literacy, life-long love of learning and reading, and creativity in our communities. On Monday, March 11, join us for the following events:

11:30-12:20: Lindsay Ward Presentation to BGSU and the greater community in the Sky Bank Room 201A/B, BTSU

12:20-1:00: Meet & Greet in the Sky Bank Room 201A/B, BTSU

4:30-5:00: Lindsay Ward Read Aloud, Curriculum Resource Center, Jerome Library

Lindsay is the featured speaker at BGSU's Literacy in the Park, Spring 2019. She will present her work and her processes for writing and illustrating children's and picture books, and attendees will have the opportunity to talk with her. Signed books will be available for purchase. 

This event is being hosted by Elizabeth Zemanski and Amanda Rziczneck's ENG 3420 classes, The Center for Community and Civic Engagement, Literacy in the Park, the Department of English, and the Arts Village.
