·      Assistant Group Leader & Participant - for Fulbright-Hayes Group Seminar South Africa/Lesotho

·      Participant in Freeman Foundation to East Asian China Study Tour

·      Research co-director /Visual Art Educator in a Tanzanian Arts Education Program

·      Part of the U.S. Delegation of Women Artist to visit Tanzania - a U.S. State Department Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs sponsored grant program, "Art Exchanges on International Issues for Tanzania" with special focus on developing young women artists. 

·      Japan Fulbright Participant

Recent Accomplishments:

·      Grant recipient of over $8,500 for the Anthony Wayne District Art Department

·      Raised over $3,000 to send to orphans in Lesotho, Africa through a mural project at Anthony Wayne Junior High

·      2005 Published article School Arts Magazine / Coordinated K-12 Ceramic Mural


·      Nation Board Certification

·      Art Teacher of the Year / Northwest Ohio Art Education Association, 2011

·      Anthony Wayne District Teacher of the Year, 2009-2010

·      Ohio Master Teacher and held a Lead Teacher License, 2004-2014
