These generous graduates have volunteered to help Rhetoric & Writing Program students develop a sense of faculty life and work at different kinds of institutions--things about teaching load, courses taught, committee work, tenure criteria and expectations, etc. In emailing alumni Mentors, understand that these people are as busy as they are supportive, so keep questions reasonable in number and complexity and don't expect instant responses.
