May 2017: Are you ready for a brand new WRLD?
We are excited to announce the merger of the Romance & Classical Studies (ROCS) and the German, Russian, & East Asian Languages (GREAL) Departments into the Department of World Languages and Cultures (WRLD).
Our mission is to promote linguistic and cultural competence as a bridge to achieving intercultural understanding of global issues, ideas, and values.
Thanks for your understanding as over the next few months we update and integrate the GREAL and ROCS webpages into a WRLD website.
The Department of Romance and Classical Studies is the place to study Spanish, French, Greek, Latin, Italian, and Classical Civilization. We offer a variety of majors, minors, and graduate degrees, plus several exciting study abroad options for students of all ages and abilities. We even have study abroad options for graduate students, whether full or part-time graduate. Please explore our website to learn more about the unique opportunities to study and live the language and culture at BGSU. And feel free to contact us with any questions or comments.
