Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33)

Servicemen eligible for Chapter 33 but have not yet been approved to receive educational benefits need to complete a Veterans On-Line Application "VONAPP" (Form 22-1990) located at benefits.va.gov/gibill.

Servicemen that have been approved to receive Chapter 33 educational benefits and have received a Certificate of Eligibility, or are transferring to BGSU, need to complete a BGSU VA Intent Form - Military Member.

To possibly benefit from your military service, a military transcript should be submitted as soon as possible. A Joint Military Transcript may be ordered at https://jst.doded.mil/smart/signIn.do
for those who served in the Army, Marines, Navy or Coast Guard. Members of the Air Force may order transcripts at www.my.af.mil/faf/FAF/fafhome.jsp.
