Reminders and FAQs

  • Room selection for returning students will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. EDT March 18 through March 21.
  • Every 15 minutes, around 25 students will gain access to the system and rooms will fill up on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • There is a bed available for everyone. If you don't see anything available in a residence hall, move on to the next building you are interested in.
  • There are no holds on a room or suite. Only students who are a part of a Room Selection Group (RSG) can place a another student in a room. If you are not able to room with a friend you will need to follow our Room Change Process.
  • Our Room Change Process will be available after selection for students who were not able to find a room together or would like to place themseleves on a building waitlist before they move in this fall.
  • Room selection group (RSG) members can select rooms for each other. But once a selection is made, it breaks the group and any room changes after this point must be made individually.
  • If your RSG member selects a room for you, you will need to login and confirm your room assignment.
