Arriving at Falcon Landing
- When moving into Falcon Landing you will go directly to the leasing office to check in and get your apartment key.
- You will not to go through the Move-in check-in located at the Stroh Center parking lot.

Move-in Parking
- Long-term parking for students with extra vehicles to help move in is available until 9 p.m. tonight in Lots R, 5 & 12 on campus.
- Extra parking will also be available at Falcon Landing for unloading.
Falcon Landing Handbook
This handbook is a resource for all students living in Falcon Landing during the 2025-26 academic year. Below you will find information about mail, work orders and apartment policies.
Need something delivered? Use the mailing address provided below. Mail will be delivered to your individual mailbox located at the Southwest corner of the parking lot. Packages will be received by the Leasing Office, and you will be notified by email when they arrive
Please note: Packages must be picked up during office hours. The Leasing Office is closed on weekends, and access is not available outside of business hours, so please plan accordingly.

BGTV
BGTV is not your parent's cable provider. BGSU is now streaming BGTV to your mobile device so you can watch your favorite shows ANYTIME, ANYWHERE on campus. Learn more about BGTV.
Please note: The in-room BGTV service is not provided inside the University Apartments. All of the features of BGTV and more is available to you through the Apogee Stream2 App. Follow the instructions on how to set up the Enhanced Features of BGTV.
Keys
Locked Out? Lost your key? You can check out a lock-out key from the Centennial Hall front desk or call 419-806-4478 for assistance. If the key is not returned within 48 hours, a mandatory lock change will be initiated, and you will be responsible for all associated charges. Lost keys may also result in a fee being applied to your student account.
Parking
Each resident will have one parking space available on site.
- Want to park on campus? You can purchase a Res Hall Student permit from University Parking Services if you wish to park in University Parking Lots.
- Expecting a guest? Each resident may obtain one guest parking pass at a time. Passes are valid for up to three days.
- For more information about guest parking, please contact the Falcon Landing Leasing Office at 419-806-4478 or falconlanding@bgsu.edu.
- The Parking Lot at Falcon Landing is designated parking for residents of Falcon Landing only.
- Residents of Falcon Landing are defined as a student who is currently living in a Falcon Landing unit.
- Falcon Landing room assignments are administered through the Office of Student Housing.
- Residents of Falcon Landing may allow visiting guests to park in the lot in accordance with Falcon Landing's policy.
- The University is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal vehicles while parked in Falcon Landing's main and guest parking Lot.
Trash and Recycling
- A trash and recycling bin is provided in the kitchen and shared between roommates. Residents are responsible for supplying additional trash cans for the bathroom and bedrooms if needed.
- You are responsible for removing your trash and recycling and disposing of it properly. A community dumpster and recycling bins are located on the east side of the residential parking lot.
Residents living in Falcon Landing should use the Work Order system linked below to report any maintenance concerns in their unit or the building, including insect sightings or suspected pest issues.
Please Note: The beds in Falcon Landing are not adjustable and are not designed to be lofted, raised, or lowered.
We take any insect reports VERY seriously. Please follow these steps so we can respond quickly to your report.
- Fill out the proper work order.
- Notify the Leasing Office immediately.
- Don't spread rumors.
- Trained staff will connect with you ASAP to identify the problem and come up with a quick solution.
You are responsible to know and follow the policies outlined in the BGSU Community Living Standards and Student Code of Conduct. Each of these documents and more can be found on the Dean of Students Page.
Bowling Green City Nuisance Ordinance
Additionally, University Apartment Residents must follow the BG City Nuisance Ordinance. If a resident of Bowling Green calls the police you can be fined if found responsible.
In the event of an emergency, please follow the steps below:
- During Office Hours: Contact the Falcon Landing Leasing Office immediately at 419-806-4478.
- Outside of Office Hours: Contact BGSU Police Department (UPD) at 419-372-2346. UPD will notify the on-call staff member.
IMPORTANT: When reporting an emergency outside of business hours, please provide your name, phone number, and full address so staff can follow up with you as needed.
