Exception

  • an item generated by Time Administrator that may require additional approval or correction

Payable Time

  • time that has been processed and approved - this time is ready to be used by Payroll

Reported Time

  • time entered by a Self-Service Time and Labor user (Time Reporter)

Supervisor

  • an individual who has time reporter(s) reporting to him/her

Time Administrator

  • online process that validates approved reported time based on a list of rules and exceptions

Time Reporter

  • an individual who reports leave and exceptions using Self-Service Time and Labor

Time Reporting Code (TRC)

  • a code used to report time such as VAC – Vacation

Timesheet

  • the online page a time reporter uses to report leave and exceptions

Work Group

  • a group of time reporters with similar leave reporting requirements
