If you are still having trouble typing into the form it may be necessary to download the form to your computer first, and then open, complete and print the form. There is a known issue with some Safari users and the implementation of the Adobe PDF plug-in for Safari that is causing significant problems with these forms as well. Firefox has some issues with the forms as well and may ask that you open with a different viewer. Please click "open with a different viewer" then open in adobe acrobat, and that should work.
