Overview
Junior Audition Day is an annual event hosted by BGSU's College of Musical Arts that gives high school juniors a chance to experience a mock audition - a low-pressure practice run for what auditioning for college is really like. It also provides a meaningful opportunity to build connections with faculty, offering an inside look at the College of Musical Arts.

The day includes:

Info sessions on the College of Musical Arts and how to prepare to be a music major

Campus tours

Opportunities to meet and talk with current students, including a Q&A session

Audition Requirements
Students should prepare two contrasting solo selections and scales, and be ready for possible sight-reading. This event is meant to be a learning experience and an opportunity for valuable feedback from faculty, so students should choose pieces they feel comfortable performing.
