BGSU handed over the keys to Doyt Perry Stadium to Scot Loeffler, who has coached in 15 bowl games. Now, Loeffler has been tasked with leading the Falcons back to the Mid-American Conference (MAC) championship at Ford Field in Detroit, where they last won the MAC title in 2015. -

Scot Loeffler has been named the head coach of the BGSU football program. Loeffler comes to Bowling Green after serving as deputy head coach and offensive coordinator at Boston College. Loeffler's coaching career includes stops at Michigan, Central Michigan, Florida, Temple, Auburn, Virginia Tech and Boston College. -

For a half-century, BGSU and the University of Salzburg have had a partnership. Nearly 1,500 students have benefitted from the Academic Year Abroad exchange program between the two universities. In June, some 70 of those Salzburg program alumni and others affiliated with the programs gathered in Salzburg to celebrate the milestone. -

The Bowling Green State women’s soccer team qualified for the NCAA Tournament with a six-round shootout over Ball State University in the MAC championship match Sunday at Cochrane Stadium. In the sixth round of penalty kicks, Elisa Baeron kicked the game-winner. -
