Eppler Gyms

Charges to reserve the Eppler Complex Gym(s) will apply to any bookings that are not for credit classes booked by BGSU Registration & Records. On campus rates for Departments and Registered Student Organizations (RSO’s) are as follows.

POLICY FOR USE: Eppler Gyms are provided empty with no equipment and considered "as is". No audio or visual services are available. Power is accessible in each space to bring in portable sound, but no equipment, including extension cords, is provided. Users are not permitted to use or take equipment from Eppler gyms or adjacent storage spaces that may be accessible.

CANCELLATIONS: All late cancellations will be assessed a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled charge. Fees apply for any cancellations less than 1 week (or 5 business days) in Eppler Gym Spaces. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be assessed the full scheduled charge.

SPACE AVAILABILITY: Requests for Eppler space can be submitted to Conference & Event Services in Spring for Summer/Fall Semesters and Fall for Spring Semester, however because Eppler Gym is classified primarily as a general classroom space and used first for academic scheduling, requests cannot be confirmed until after general classroom spaces have been released by Registration & Records for general use. No guarantee is made as to the availability or ability to accommodate requests until all requests are processed and confirmations are provided by Conference & Event Services.
