Department Booking - Student Union & Olscamp
Reserving Rooms in the Bowen-Thompson Student Union and Olscamp 101
All University department bookings in the Bowen-Thompson Student Union and Olscamp 101 require a University or Foundation account number in advance to reserve spaces. Meeting and Event spaces are provided at the All-Inclusive rental rates noted below.

Additional Fees for Special Services
- Extended Building Access (Department rate at $125 per hour)
- Special Event Lighting Packages Available (Contact C&ES)
- Hanging Ceiling Banners in Special Event Spaces ($50 per hour charge)
- Extra Large Stage (exceeding eight sections; $20 per additional section)
Cancellation Fees: All late cancellations will be assessed a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled charge. Fees apply for any cancellations less than 48 hours in General Meeting Spaces, or less than thirty (30) days in Special Event Spaces (BTSU Ballroom and Multi-Purpose Room, and Olscamp 101).
Guest Parking: Arrangements for event parking can be made directly with BGSU Parking Services.
