How to Register

1. Create an IMLeagues Account
   Go to imleagues.com/bgsu and click “Create Account”.
   
   
2. Select Your School
   Click the “Schools” link and choose Bowling Green State University from the menu.
   
   
3. Choose Your Sport
   Click the sport icon for the team you want to join or the league you want to play in.
   
   
4. Select League Time
   Click on the day and time of the league you wish to register for.
   
   
5. Create or Join a Team
   Click “Create Team” or “Join Team”, then complete the required information and agree to BGSU’s terms and conditions.
   
   
6. Submit Registration
   Click “Submit” to finalize your registration.
   
   
7. After Registration
   • Once registration closes for a sport, schedules are generated and posted at imleagues.com/bgsu.
   • For team sports, players are automatically directed to their team’s homepage, where rosters may be completed. Each player must have an IMLeagues profile to be added to a roster.
   • Captains are emailed instructions for completing mandatory online training/tests.

Payment Information

• Teams: Payment must be received for all players before the registration period ends. Teams that do not pay on time are removed from the league.
  
  
• Individuals: Payment is required to register a team or individual player. All payments must be made through IMLeagues.com for the registration to be active and approved.
  
  
• Groups/Organizations: Groups registering as a unit must submit the Intramural Organization Form, along with payment, to the Perry Field House Welcome Desk during registration.
  
  
• Season Passes:
  • One-time academic year pass (sold during fall semester only) allows students, faculty, or staff to play any and all intramural sports for the full academic year.
  • Semester passes allow unlimited play for the duration of that semester.
  • All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
