Trying to make changes in your life but feeling unsure where to begin? Well-Being Coaching is a personalized, supportive space where you can talk through your goals, challenges, and next steps so you can make real progress.
Get support for:
- Managing stress and daily pressures
- Starting or maintaining an exercise routine, including referrals to free recreation programs
- Building confidence in fitness spaces
- Body image and body acceptance
- Motivation, routines, and time management
- Connecting with campus and community resources
- Building and maintaining healthy relationships
- Optional therapy dog visits for stress relief

- Get matched with a Well-Being Coach
- Build a personalized well-being plan with support
