Trying to make changes in your life but feeling unsure where to begin? Well-Being Coaching is a personalized, supportive space where you can talk through your goals, challenges, and next steps so you can make real progress.

Get support for:
  • Managing stress and daily pressures
  • Starting or maintaining an exercise routine, including referrals to free recreation programs
  • Building confidence in fitness spaces
  • Body image and body acceptance
  • Motivation, routines, and time management
  • Connecting with campus and community resources
  • Building and maintaining healthy relationships
  • Optional therapy dog visits for stress relief
