A stress free introductory environment for participants to work with personal trainers to build confidence using various gym equipment!

Learn more about Student Recreation Center (SRC) fitness equipment while receiving guidance and support from certified Personal Trainers. These free sessions include exclusive access to the SRC, education on how to safely and effectively use various strength training equipment, proper lifting form, and assistance from a personal trainer on creating a personalized exercise plan. Gain knowledge, have fun, enhance your well-being and move with confidence!

  • Days: Sundays: October 2, October 23 & November 20
  • Time: 11 AM – Noon
  • Location: Student Recreation Center
  • These free sessions are available to BGSU students, faculty/staff or community members.
  • Participants can register for 1 or all 3, but pre-registration is required.
