Weekend Recovery Workshop

Learn how to utilize different recovery techniques and leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the week ahead!

  • Sundays: 1:30 - 2:15 PM | SRC Studio B
  • February 2, 9, 16, 23, March 9, 23, 30, April 6, 13, 27
  • Facilitated by a certified Personal Trainer
  • Different forms of stretching, stretch straps, yoga blocks, foam rolling
  • FREE for BGSU Students, Faculty/Staff, and SRC Members

Free Women & Weights Workshop

This program is designed to empower Women through strength training and fitness education. Participants will learn proper weightlifting techniques, engage in tailored workout routines, and receive guidance on planning their own workout splits.

  • Session 1: Mondays & Wednesdays: 11 - 11:45 AM | February 3 - 26
  • Session 2: Mondays & Wednesdays: 11 - 11:45 AM | March 10 - April 9
  • Facilitated by a certified personal trainer

Introduction to Strength Workshop

Are you a beginner and want to learn more about new exercises and equipment? This class offers you the opportunity to learn more about the different equipment at the Student Recreation Center and the ability to participate in a group indroductory weightlifting class! Choose the specific workshop that works best for you.

  • Session 2: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:30 - 9:30 AM | March 11 - April 10
