Train in a Small Group Setting for Personalized Attention

Falcon Fitness Instructional Workshops offer a great option for those looking for an effective, high quality workout that focuses on skill development, motivation, and improved fitness. 


Women and Weights 

Free small group strength training workshops.

Gain knowledge and confidence in the weight room! Join other women on campus at the BGSU Student Recreation Center for free exercise and educational sessions. During these sessions, familiarize yourself with the Rec, learn how to use the strength training equipment, and build your own exercise routine with the help of certified personal trainers. Women and Weights workshops are offered in partnership with USG

Each workshop includes 4 sessions and is limited to 6 participants. Choose from one of the 4 workshop options:

  • September 12 – 21: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:15 – 9 AM
  • September 25 - October 4: Mondays & Wednesdays, 11 - 11:45 AM
  • October 17 – 26: Tuesday & Thursdays, 8:15 – 9 AM
  • November 6 – 15: Mondays & Wednesdays, 11 - 11:45 AM
