MyRec Account Request

This form is designed for community members who wish to register for a MyRec account.

  • Please complete all of the required fields and include information for all family members.
  • Recreation and Wellness staff will respond to the request within 2 business days and provide you with login information and other details via the email address provided.

BGSU students, staff, and faculty can login to myrec.bgsu.edu using their BGSU username and password and do not need to complete this form.
