Parking at the Moore Musical Arts Center and Wolfe Center


Visitors can park in Lots 1, 5, 16, C, and N. There is no permit required after 6:30 p.m. in all lots except for Lot N, which is free after 5 p.m. Parking is free on the weekends.

The Wolfe Center Box Office is also open one hour prior to start of a ticketed event. The Box Office in the Moore Musical Arts Center is ONLY open one hour prior to a ticketed event.

Tickets usually go on sale the first day of the academic semester.

Online: You may purchase them 24 hours a day online, including the day of an event.

In Person: The Arts Box Office in the Wolfe Center for the Arts is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from noon-2 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday from 4-6 p.m., plus one hour prior to most performances. The Box Office in the Moore Musical Arts Center will only open one hour prior to performances in Kobacker Hall.

For online and telephone orders, you may use Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
For walk-up orders, you may use credit cards, cash or checks.

 

Yes. Everyone admitted must have a ticket, regardless of age. Patrons are discouraged from bringing any child that will not be able to remain still and quiet throughout a performance, which may run two or more hours.

Wheelchair accessible seating is available in all theatres. To individuals with disabilities, please indicate if you need special services, assistance or appropriate modifications to fully participate in this event by contacting Accessibility Services, access@bgsu.edu, 419-372-8495. Please notify us prior to the event.

Tickets purchased online or over the phone will be emailed directly to you. To enter a performance, you simply need to display the ticket on your phone. You can also forward your purchased tickets to other email addresses. You can print your tickets at home if you would prefer a physical copy.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. 

The house usually opens one half hour before curtain.

To minimize disturbance to the performers and audience, for most events, late patrons will be admitted at appropriate intervals in the program. For events in the Eva Marie Saint Theatre, latecomers will not be seated until intermission or not at all.

 

The box office usually remains open 15-20 minutes after the stated curtain time. For events in the Eva Marie Saint Theatre, where latecomers are not seated until intermission (or at all), the box office will close once the house closes.

There is no dress code for attending events. Patrons may choose to dress comfortably and casually, or more formally, if they prefer. The only exception would be for special events, in which case the dress code for the event will be specified.

Printed tickets are not necessary for admission. When tickets are purchased, they will be emailed directly to you, and you can gain admission to performances by displaying the emailed ticket on your phone. If we hold house seats, they are specifically for last-minute emergencies, and cannot be guaranteed for any event. If there are house seats available prior to an event, you may come to the box office one half an hour before curtain, and put your name on a waiting list. The seats may be released no earlier than 10-15 minutes before curtain.

We do not let people sit in empty seats without having purchased a ticket.
