Neil W. Roache

In April 2016, Neil Roache was named Chief Investment Officer at Johnson & Johnson, in charge of its $22.3B pension trust. Prior to joining J & J, Roach was part of the Exelon Investment Office as Director of Public Markets and Investment Strategy. The Exelon Investment Office oversees approximately $35B in Pension, VEBA, Nuclear Decommissioning Trusts, and Employee Savings Plan assets.  Neil and his team were responsible for private equity and real estate investments as well as investment strategy across the different trusts.
