FREE movement challenge for BGSU faculty, staff, students, and Rec members.

YOUR CHALLENGE:
Move at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 5 weeks.
Walk, dance, lift, yoga, cycle – You choose how you move!

CHALLENGE DATES:
July 6 – August 9

WHAT YOU GET:
