InBody Assessment
InBody Assessment
The InBody 380 provides a detailed analysis of your body composition, including skeletal muscle mass, total body water, and body fat percentage. Each user receives a unique ID code to track progress with every visit.
A certified personal trainer will guide you through the assessment, explain your results, and answer any questions. Sessions take approximately 15 minutes and the InBody assessment is recommended approximately every 4 weeks to monitor changes over time.
