Strength

BODYPUMP™ - Transform your body with a breakthrough in resistance workout training, focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements to challenge all major muscle groups. An express 30-minute class of the original Les Mills BODYPUMP barbell class. Using light to moderate weights, while performing high repetitions to upbeat music – it is a fun & motivating experience to increase strength & tone all major muscle groups.

Stronger core, stronger everything! Les Mills CORE is a scientific core workout to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

This high-energy class will keep you moving through multiple different exercises. Each class contains a rotation of several exercises, each targeting a different muscle group. This is a quick, effective, full-body workout for varying levels!

Get ready to move with purpose in our Functional Training class — a dynamic, full-body workout that blends strength training, cardio intervals, and TRX suspension training for maximum results. This high-energy class is designed to improve everyday movement, boost endurance, and build lean muscle using a mix of strength equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands), cardio machines (rowers, bikes, treadmills), and TRX systems.

Whether you're pushing sleds, mastering bodyweight movements, or crushing intervals, each session is structured to challenge all fitness levels while improving stability, mobility, and power. Expect variety, intensity, and expert coaching every time you show up. Classes will be held in the Functional Training space with a class capacity of 8 individuals.

Perfect for anyone looking to build functional strength, increase cardiovascular capacity, and improve total-body performance.

Looking for total body strength and cardio in one class? Total Body Burn is the class for you! Try this High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuit class designed to deliver a fun, calorie burning sweat session. The class utilizes body weight, exercise equipment, and cardio moves for a total body workout. The exercise equipment utilized includes: free weights, kettlebells, and TRX® suspension training equipment. 

An innovative exercise tool that helps build lean muscle, boost metabolism, tighten the core and increase endurance. This is a body weight workout that encourages "All Core All the Time!" 

Falcon Fitness offers private, individualized TRX® Suspension Training. Prices are based on personal training fees.

This 30-minute express class incorporates simple, repetitive mat-based movements to engage and strengthen your muscles. You'll enjoy a gentle yet effective workout designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to improved posture, balance, and confidence. This class is suitable for all levels.

This mat-based workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and full body strengthening. This class incorporates props such as light hand weights, the mini ball, ankle weights, and the Pilates magic circle ring to increase strength and range of motion.

Build strength with this dance, Pilates, and functional fitness fusion class. Barre offers a little bit of everything; including planks, pulses, holds, and unique equipment to ensure a whole body, kick-butt workout!

Mind and Body

Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE® is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.

This class provides a fresh, dynamic twist to your usual yoga experience. Try Buti Yoga for a fun, empowering class that combines power yoga with cardio-intensive West African dance moves and primal movement to sculpt long, lean muscles. Leave class feeling proud, strong, and sweaty.

Energize your yoga practice with this dynamic Ashtanga-based Vinyasa flow using breath and movement to sync mind and body. Each fast-paced, exhilarating session concludes with the freedom to explore your 'freestyle flow,' promoting physical strength and mental resilience utilizing Sun Salutation A, B, and "C" or main flow.

 

Build heat slowly and move your body with ease, enjoying a deeper stretch with less resistance while strengthening your core to support your back. To get the most out of this class, close your eyes to embark upon a journey within, improve your listening skills, and build trust with your body and mind.

A more traditional side of yoga, this class will work on balancing, aligning, and strengthen your mind, body, and breath. This is a great class for both beginners and veteran yogis alike. Move through different poses, while staying in tune with your breath.

 

A peaceful, relaxing experience! Gentle yoga poses, slow flows and restorative poses practiced by the soft warm glow of candles and calming music.

 

Using a variety of stretching methods (active and passive stretching) this class focuses on the breath and releasing tension throughout the body.  It is great for improving flexibility, range of motion, posture, while reducing muscle tension and tightness.

 

Cardio

This shallow water aqua class combines cardio and strength training that is low impact and easy on the joints. Instructors guide you through various exercises while utilizing aqua equipment and resistance from the water to provide a fun, full body workout!

Join Falcon Fitness for a “pool” party! This aqua class integrates a cardio dance formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines. This fun dance class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that is cardio conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, enjoyable!

WERQ® is a fiercely fun dance fitness workout class based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals. The signature WERQ® warmup previews the dance steps used throughout class, so you’ll feel rockstar-ready by the end of class! The signature WERQ™ cool-down focuses on balance and yoga inspired poses to help the body stretch effectively after WERQing it.

Join the Falcon Fitness Dance party! Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high-energy, calorie blasting, total body cardio dance workout. It provides a great mix of Latin flavor and international beats designed to tone and sculpt your entire body while dancing your workout away!

A step based class combining cardio with toning exercises on and off the step board for all ages. This is a great way to increase co-ordination, build fitness and introduce cardio into your workout as well as tone up different muscle groups in one session.

Cycle your way to increased cardiovascular fitness! This 45-minute class focuses on increasing strength and improving your cardiovascular system. Work your way through hills, jumps, sprints, and climbs with high-energy music to become a stronger you!

Join Dr. Sarah Rainey-Smithback for an upbeat cardio drumming session - a high-energy, fun way to enjoy your body, build community, and enjoy new music! Sessions are appropriate for ALL bodies and fitness levels, no experience necessary, and can even be done in a chair.

High Intensity Interval Training Cardio & Core incorporates elements of strength training with the benefits of increased cardio training. Includes various equipment and techniques such as circuits, plyometrics, TRX, resistance bands, weights, tabata and more. You are sure to get that heart rate up and leave with a full body workout!

This 30-minute express class blends standing and mat-based movements, alternating between cardio drills, such as high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and various core exercises, including Pilates-inspired moves, resistance band work, and optional weights to sculpt and strengthen the core.
