“I feel that the CBA gave me a really great experience to prepare me for my career after graduation. First, because of the professors. The professors really take a personal interest in their students and work with them as equals. Without the encouragement and recommendation of a professor I may not have ever even known about the Eaton Corporation. There are also so many opportunities for involvement outside of the classroom that were extremely valuable to me. Award-winning organizations, interview and resume workshops, internal and external certifications - the possibilities are endless.”

Any interest in business you may have, there is a way to get more involved with that interest through the CBA and further develop yourself as a viable candidate for any job. But the biggest asset at the CBA is the environment created there and the sense of comraderie you develop with the other students. Any day or time you can find students there working together on projects, studying together for exams, brainstorming together for new and exciting ideas, etc. This collaborative experience really prepared me for working with cross-functional teams which is useful every day in my career at Eaton.”
