The Prosecutor's Office can help clarify legal issues and concerns, and can assist in understanding the judicial process and rights of victims of a crime. The Prosecutor's Office brings felony sexual assault crimes to court, as well as some misdemeanors, for prosecution. Contact the office for a confidential interview if interested in prosecuting a case or to discuss other options you may have as a victim of sexual assault.

Falcon Health Center offers STI care, pregnancy testing, emergency contraception, and free confidential HIV testing. Evidence collection exams are available within 72 hours at no cost, with optional advocacy support. Services are available to all BGSU students.

The Wood County Hospital Emergency Room provides after-hours emergency care, evidence collection exams within 72 hours at no cost, emergency contraception, and drug testing when needed. Students may choose immediate care or wait for Student Health Services if not urgent. Uncovered medical costs may be reimbursed through the Ohio Victims of Crime Compensation Program.

Services are provided at no cost to all BGSU students. Counseling is available by appointment, with emergency support offered as needed. Faculty, staff, and students may contact the Counseling Center for consultation regarding students who have experienced an assault.

The BGSU Psychological Services Center provides individual counseling services to students and community members. Services are provided at no cost to BGSU students. Faculty, staff, and community members may be charged a fee, which is adjusted based on ability to pay.
