Roll Along Party

Cost:  $264 | Each Additional: $14

• Decorations: napkins, plates, round and rectangle table covers
• Party Favors: Day Pass for participants on a future date
• Party room for 2 hours
• Activity of choice for 1 hour
• 3 large, 1 topping pizzas - Extra pizza can be added for a $15 additional charge per pizza    
  

Falcon Exclusive Party

Cost:  $349 | Each Additional: $18

• Decorations: napkins, plates, round and rectangle table covers
• Party Favors: Day Pass for participants on a future date
• Party room for 3 hours
• Activity(s) of choice for 2 hours
• 3 large, 1 topping pizzas - Extra pizza can be added for a $15 additional charge each

For all party options, add $15 per hour for staff including Climbing Wall attendant or lifeguard.

Basic Information

Some activities require an extra charge as they require additional staffing. Activity fee for each hour of selected activity:

• Multi-Activity Court: $0
• Andrews Pool Lifeguard: $15
  
• Climbing Wall Belay Certified Attendant: $15  

Party Guidelines

• Final payment is due at least one day prior to the party.
  
• The minimum charge is for the number of guests confirmed 72 hours prior to the party.
• The minimum party booking is 12 children. The maximum party booking varies by facility.
• The pizza included in selected packages is divided by 2 slices per child. Additional pizza may be purchased independently by the customer.
• Recreation and Wellness does NOT provide birthday cake.
• The Recreation and Wellness staff provides setup, tear down, facility liaison services, and general assistance.
• No charge for parents, grandparents, etc. not participating in party activities.
• Recreation and Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

How to reserve:

1. Visit the MyRec Portal. 
2. Select 'Log In' in the top right corner of the screen
   • BGSU faculty, staff, and students select 'BGSU MYREC LOGIN' and login using BGSU credentials
   • Community members who have been assigned a username and password select "Community Members" and login using the assigned credentials.
   • Community members interested in using the portal who have not been assigned login credentials, complete the Rec Account Registration Form to receive a username and password from a Recreation and Wellness employee.
