Saxophone
BGSU’s Super Sax Camp offers a dynamic musical experience for any high school saxophonists. Located in Bowling Green's state of the art music facility, this historic camp promotes the joy and excitement of playing and teaching the saxophone. The week-long program, taught by prominent BGSU teachers and staff, will include partner lessons, master classes, jazz improvisation, chamber ensembles, and several performances.
Preparation:
Students are typically entering 9-12 grades and have usually enjoyed previous private saxophone instruction, although this is not a requirement. The camp staff encourages each student to prepare major scales, etudes and solo repertoire prior to arrival at camp.
