Guest Artist Recitals

Public, evening Guest Artist Recitals in Bryan Hall will be recorded if this was requested and approved in advance on the recital's Event Request Form (Daytime Masterclasses and informal Guest Artist Recitals are not recorded).

Two weeks after the recital, the sponsoring faculty member will receive a link to the audio and video files. Physical CDs/DVDs are not available. It is the responsibility of the sponsoring faculty member to share this link with the Guest Artist.

If a Guest Artist requires sound reinforcement (microphones, use of the venue’s PA system, etc.), additional technical support, or would like a technician present for a dress rehearsal, please contact the Manager of Recording Services at least two weeks before the recital date: mlaurel@bgsu.edu.
