Tuba Quartet North American Brass Band Associations

Current BGSU Senior Ethan Morris was part of the winning tuba quartet at the North American Brass Band Associations (NABBA) brass ensemble chamber music competition this past weekend. Ethan, a current senior MUSP major, was joined by BGSU alumni Noah Laabs (BM in tuba performance 2022/MM in tuba performance 2024) in their appropriately named tuba quartet “Lower Expectations”. The competition was held as part of the 2026 NABBA Championships held in Ft. Wayne, Indiana over the weekend.
