Ji Hyun Kim Releases New Recording

Congratulations to MM in Teaching Artistry mentor Ji Hyun Kim!

Ji Hyun’s ConTempus Quartet recently released Strings Intertwined (Blue Griffin Records), featuring works by Florence Price, Fernande Decruck, and Ivette Herryman Rodríguez. Her work continued this fall with a concert tour in France celebrating Decruck’s music, and in November she’ll present on Rodríguez’s String Quartet No. 1 at the College Music Society National Conference in Grand Rapids.

We’re proud to celebrate Ji Hyun’s continued work researching, performing, and promoting music by women composers!
