Teaching Specialization: Painting

Kelsey Ann Scharf is a painter and photographer living in Oak Harbor, Ohio. She received her BFA in Art Education at Bowling Green State University in 2013 and her MFA in Drawing/Painting at the University of Georgia in 2018.  Kelsey works as an adjunct instructor at Owens Community College and Bowling Green State University.  She recently participated in Majestic Galleries’ invitational show featuring the use of pigments sifted from Ohio’s coal mine discharge.  She also spends her summers building light installations for international artist, Erwin Redl and conducts fine art/digital illustration workshops for Fremont City Schools.
