Parking Lot Maintenance Plans
Parking Services has planned parking lot maintenance in a continuing effort to maintain our parking lots. All dates and work is scheduled based on weather permitting.
Closures by Date:
- May 4 to Aug 1: Lot 12 (portion of lot 12), Lot 8 (portion of lot 8)
- May 4 to May 11: Lot 3, Lot 4, Lot F
- May 8 to May 11: Lot E
- May 4 to May 15: Lot 24 (rolling closures)
- May 16 to 17: Lot 5, Lot R, Lot Y
- May 22 to 25: Lot N
- May 30 and 31: Lot A, Lot J, Lot U, Lot Z
- June 6 and 7: Lot 16 , Lot C, Lot O, Lot H

Lot 12 western section
Planned Closure:
Parking Lot 12 (western section) will be closed for completion of construction.
When will the parking lot be closed?
Parking Lot 12 western section will be closed beginning May 4, 2026.
When will the parking lot be opened and usable?
Lot 12 western section will be closed until August 1, 2026.
Where is available parking located during this closure
Resident Students with valid parking permits may park their cars in the south section of Lot 12. From May 4 until August 18 2026 Resident Students with valid parking permits may also park in any commuter parking lot.

Lot 8
Planned Closure:
Parking Lot 8 will be closed for completion of construction.
When will the parking lot be closed?
Parking Lot 8 (west area) will be closed beginning May 4, 2026.
When will the parking lot be opened and usable?
The west portion of Lot 8 will remain closed until construction is complete. Planned reopening of this portion and the new portion of Lot 8 is August 1, 2026.
Where is available parking located during this closure
Additional commuter parking lots are located in Lot 5, Lot 4, Lot 1, Lot 16, Lot 21, Lot 18, Lot 10, Lot 24, Lot 31, Lot 34, Lot 28, Lot 29, Lot 30, and Lot 2.

Lot 3
Planned Closure:
Parking Lot 3 will be closed for completion of repairs and maintenance.
When will the parking lot be closed?
Parking Lot 3 will be closed beginning May 4, 2026.
When will the parking lot be opened and usable?
Lot 3 will open again on Monday May 11, 2025.

Parking Lot 4 will be beginning May 4, 2026.
When will the parking lot be opened and usable?
Lot 4 will open again on Monday May 11, 2026.

Planned Closure:
Parking Lot E will be closed for completion of repairs and maintenance.
When will the parking lot be closed?
Parking Lot E will be closed beginning 6:00 PM May 7, 2026
When will the parking lot be opened and usable?
Lot E will reopen Monday May 11, 2026 at 7:00 AM.

Lot 24
Planned Closure:
Portions of Lot 24 will be closed for construction and repairs and maintenance.
When will the parking lot be closed?
There will be rolling closures beginning May 4 and through May 15.
When will the parking lot be opened and usable?
Lot 24 construction and maintenance is planned to be completed and all sections open on May 18.

Lots 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34 will be closed for repairs and maintenance.

These parking lots will reopen on May 15, 2026.
