Sponsorships and Co-Branding
Bowling Green State University values partnerships that enhance the University and the Bowling Green experience, as well as strengthen our connections with our students, alumni, fans and community. Corporate partners, sponsors and organizations interested in incorporating BGSU trademarks, logos or other identifying elements into marketing, advertising, promotions or products must work with the University’s Licensing Office to ensure proper approvals are obtained prior to production.
The use of BGSU marks and elements through sponsorships and co-branded initiatives is reviewed to ensure brand consistency and compliance with University standards, all National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) regulations and existing partnerships.
Co-branded promotions
Co-branded marketing campaigns, promotional materials, advertisements and merchandise featuring both University marks and third-party brands require prior approval. This process ensures that all uses of BGSU marks and elements accurately represent Bowling Green State University and align with established branding.
Working with BGSU
Organizations interested in working with Bowling Green State University are encouraged to contact the Licensing Office early in the planning process. Guidance on licensing requirements, branding standards, artwork approvals and partnerships will be provided to all inquiries.
The use of Bowling Green State University trademarks, logos or athletic marks does not imply University endorsement of a company, product, service or organization unless specifically authorized through an approved agreement.
