Retail and Commercial Sales

Bowling Green State University’s trademarks, logos, marks and other brand assets are valuable resources that help represent and protect the University’s brand and identity. Any merchandise intended for retail sale – whether in stores, online or through other promotional campaigns – must be produced through licensed vendors approved by the University and are subject to royalties.

Businesses, retailers, campus partners and commerce platforms interested in selling products bearing BGSU branding elements should work in accordance with the University Licensing Brand Manager within the University Licensing office to ensure proper approval is obtained and that products meet all brand standards. This includes all products and merchandise sold through third-party retailers, online storefronts, special events and co-branded promotions.
